I am what some might call a "nerd" because I love reading and writing. My favorite book is Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. I am majoring in English to become a high school teacher! Woo hoo! Fortunately, I had such great high school English teachers (here in Colorado) that I want to return the favor. I want to give my future students confidence in their writing potiential and ability. Also, I love sports and want to be a high school coach for either softball or basketball. The coolest book that I've read so far on sports psychology is Mind Gym, which explains the mind's power on performance. This book isn't just for athletes but for people that want to improve their performance in other areas like work or school. I just love books that help you improve.
